Tentative Agreement AT&T Mobility |

AT&T Mobility Tentative Agreement
After almost a year of hard bargaining and unprecedented mobilization, we have
reached a groundbreaking tentative agreement for members under the Orange
contract at AT&T Mobility. Never before have we seen this level of mobilization
for a fair contract, and never before have we won so much at the bargaining
table.
|
AT&T Mobility |
|
Over the past few days, CWA and AT&T have been involved in intensive negotiations.
Terry,
We have an urgent request.
|
"AT&T's “Final Offer” |
|
By now you have seen the company’s latest very public “final offer.” While at face value the company’s final offer may seem reasonable to some, the company has by-passed your Bargaining Committee in an attempt to sway our membership.
|
AT&T Mobility Bargaining |
|
This morning AT&T put out an email aimed at misleading and dividing CWA members about bargaining.
AT&T did not pass proposals to address any of the issues that our bargaining team has been discussing with them since May and they continue to refuse to provide the information we need to bargain.

October 13, 2017 – Bargaining Report #57
This morning AT&T sent out an email to our membership that begs clarification. While
not exactly fake news, it is misleading and aimed at dividing our membership.
As we last reported, AT&T did pass proposals last week.

Company has shown no interest in getting to a fair and equitable contract.
The Union stands on our demands and will not back down.

May 22, 2017 – Bargaining Report #44
First and foremost, The Bargaining Team would like to thank and
congratulate the Membership for their historic participation in this
weekend’s strike! The picket lines and rallies throughout the country were
strong and sent a clear message to the Company.
|
Why We Strike |
|
Jeff Reamer,
Allow me to clear something up since I've been living in a hotel away from my family since January 23rd and in bargaining with this greedy corporation fighting for a contract for all of you. The comments I'm seeing about losing 2 days pay, not being scheduled but having to picket, why am I obligated, etc. are making me sick to my stomach.

May 18, 2017 – Bargaining Report #43
Since CWA notified AT&T that a strike was imminent without significant
movement at the bargaining table, the Company has rejected all of our
proposals for title upgrades and offered nothing that would get us to a deal.
|
Friday's Deadline |
|
Good afternoon Sisters and Brothers, If you are not scheduled Friday please take your personal belongings home with you this evening. If a walk out is called at 3pm tomorrow, you are to clock out and join your Sisters & Brothers in front of your store to picket. Someone from the Local will be at each individual store with picket signs and strike literature.

issue.
