CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining

AT&T wasted no time showing how greedy they are and how little they care about their employees. Since bargaining began, they have done nothing but demand givebacks and attack worker’s benefits. The company wants to eliminate pensions for all new hires and in 2021 they want all bargained for employees to pay 32% of their medical benefits. AT&T’s greed did not stop there, they want to reduce employees sick time to just FIVE days per year while increasing wait time to up to 3 days! AT&T is in the TOP 10 on the Fortune 500 list but continues to try and take more and more from the employees that built the company! We will not let them!
The Bargaining Committee is still waiting for several information requests to be filled by the Company. They are probably so ashamed of their own horrible and greedy behavior that they are embarrassed to share the information with us. We are in this fight to win and with your support we will win! Stay mobilized, stay united and GET PISSED OFF!
