The Orange Bargaining Committee and AT&T continue bargaining under the contract extension. Unfortunately, the Company thinks that raises that barely outpace inflation are good enough for you. They have offered no significant improvements in working conditions, scheduling, commissions or a host of other issues. The Company’s latest bargaining report touts enhancements to work-life balance, but this is just not true.
