The Union and Company met today to connue bargaining. The Union bargaining team made it
clear that we were not going to accept their cost shiing plans and proposals. The Company
seems to believe that shiing medical costs to you is a good way to increase profits and line
their pockets. The Union also spent a long me outlining the respect and dignity you deserve on
the job. AT&T seems to think lowering compensaon, se”ng unrealisc goals and ruling with
inmidaon is a be#er strategy than treang their employees with respect. The Union is here to
tell them different. The commi#ees also had conversaons around parental leave, weather
emergencies and working relaons. All these issues are important and will be dealt with during
