Today, September 29, 2026, the Union met with the Company. The Company passed a comprehensive package that is

retrogressive and demeaning to the continued service and loyalty of its employees. The first proposal from the

Company is attacking our insurance benefits; the pay raises proposed are inadequate and make it clear that they fully

intend to continue surplussing an already skeleton workforce. The company does not see us as people – just numbers

on a spreadsheet. Your bargaining team will spend as long as is necessary to review the information provided and the

company proposal. We are doing everything we can to fend off these egregious attacks.
