It is very clear, from the last package the Company proposed, that they are caving to interest of the asset management company who bought the majority interest after the most recent bankruptcy. They are attempting to blame the 100 unionized workforce for the hardships they have created. They have thousands of employees globally and we are the problem?

Tuesday October 6, the Union met with the Company, and we counter proposed a comprehensive package that was fair to our members without draining our pockets for medical and cost of living increases that we see every day while the Company thrives from our labor. They are reviewing our proposal and meetings will continue. Your bargaining team will continue to fight for a fair and equitable agreement.
