We remain extremely far apart at this time, but we will continue to bargain as long as we believe progress is being made.

CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining May 3, 2017, 2017 – Bargaining Report #41 The Union and Company have continued meeting since the contract expired on Monday morning. There has been some positive movement, however, all major issues remain on the table.

CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining April 19, 2017 – Bargaining Report #38 For the first time in a while, bargaining had some positive dialogue. The Call Centers are a high stress work environment, and we will do whatever it takes to make improvements.

This morning, CWA gave notice to AT&T Mobility management that we are exercising our right to terminate the Orange Contract in 72 hours. That doesn’t mean we are going on strike, but it means we are one step closer. Back in February, the union and management reached an agreement to extend the contract.

AT&T West On the one-year anniversary of their contract expiration, 800 AT&T West workers took to the streets to march against corporate greed and rally for a fair contract. Gathering around one of the busiest intersections in San Jose, CA – right outside an AT&T Mobility store – CWA activists demonstrated that they are all in this fight together.
