Spouse/Domestic Partner Re-Verification

 

RE: This update applies to associates whose spouse or domestic partner is listed on their VZ medical insurance.

 

Verizon is currently performing an eligibility verification for spouses and domestic partners enrolled in Verizon coverage. Please follow the instructions below to complete the verification.

To complete your Spouse/Domestic Partner Re-Verification online:

• go to verizon.com/benefitsconnection.
• From the home page, go to Action Center > Alerts > Verify/Review My Dependent(s) Status.The required documentation must be received by April 12, 2024 or your spouse’s/domestic partner’s coverage will be cancelled effective May 9, 2024.

  Your Spouse/Domestic Partner Re-Verification status will be updated and viewable on your Dependent Information page. It could take up to 15 days for your documentation to be reviewed.
