First, we put on a presentation on commissions and how they have been diminished even as AT&T’s profits soar. The presentation was met with silence that spoke volumes.

CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining March 2, 2017 – Bargaining Report #21 Bargaining resumed today, and the Company continued their appalling behavior. The Bargaining team reiterated that our members need better benefits, wages, working conditions and job security.

Good afternoon Brothers & Sisters. The contract expires @ midnight tonight. Unless there is an announced work stoppage, those that are scheduled to work tomorrow must report for their scheduled tour.

The Bargaining Team is not here to settle, we are here to fight and we feel energized by all the mobilization we see across the Orange Contract footprint. AT&T is greedy and their proposals are unfair and appalling.

CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining February 06, 2017 – Bargaining Report #12 The Union and company resumed bargaining today with both sides having multiple clarifying questions. As stated in the last bargaining report, the Union passed language last Saturday on multiple major issues.

AT&T Mobility is currently in contract bargaining as their contract is expiring Feb 11th, 2017. We are asking all other members to show support by visiting your nearest AT&T Corporate store the next 2 Thursday’s. We cannot do this at the “Authorized Retailer” stores. When visiting the store, a Retail Sales Consultant or Sales Support Rep should greet you.

CWA / AT&T 2017 “Orange” Contract Bargaining February 03, 2017 – Bargaining Report #10 The Bargaining Team met with the company today and received a demonstration of the call monitoring system used in our call centers. As usual, the demonstration created more questions than it answered.

We passed language in regards to wages, commissions, transfers, holidays, job openings, scheduling, call out and on-call pay, overtime and differential.
