Verizon strikers “Rock the red” at Caps playoff games:
Striking Verizon workers and their supporters “Rocked the red!” last Friday night at the Verizon Center as hockey fans flocked in for the playoffs on “Red Shirt Day” for the Capitols (red also happens to be CWA’s union colors). They’ll be back again on Saturday at 6p to spread the word about the strike by nearly 40,000 workers from Virginia to Massachusetts.

Regional Bargaining Report # 59 Tuesday, April 12, 2016 Negotiations at the Regional table have ground to a halt. Earlier this afternoon an off table discussion was held regarding Call Sharing. No progress was made on the issue. Talks have recessed for now, subject to call by either party.
