BARGAINING REPORT EVERYACTION/CWA BARGAINING MAY 5, 2022 Fellow CWA Members, Today the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company once again and the Company presented their new BEEP program (Bonterra Employee Equity Program) to us. The Bargaining Team made it very clear that equity isn’t enough – a promise of possible money in four years is great, but we are extremely serious about increasing employee wages and eliminating wage disparity among our members.

BARGAINING REPORT EVERYACTION/CWA BARGAINING AUGUST 11, 2022 Fellow CWA Members, Your CWA Bargaining Committee was (once again) supposed to meet with the Company today to bargain over wages and economic issues. During our last bargaining session on June 17th, the Company was supposed to present wage proposals, but they did not follow through.

The Company has provided a lot of data regarding wages and healthcare, and we are working with our CWA Research Department to use this information to formulate counter proposals.

BARGAINING REPORT EVERYACTION/CWA BARGAINING APRIL 5, 2022 Fellow CWA Members, Today the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company again and the Company presented their new proposed sales commission plan. In accordance with the NLRA, the Company is obligated to bargain over any proposed changes with the Union before implementing any changes.

BARGAINING REPORT EVERYACTION/CWA BARGAINING MARCH 22, 2022 Fellow CWA Members, Today the CWA Bargaining Committee met with the Company to receive their response to our economic proposals. The Company’s proposals were completely unacceptable, and the entire Bargaining Committee was insulted by them. Despite the Company’s stated commitments to employee retention, a positive corporate culture, and social impact their proposals today failed to reflect those priorities.
